Use Microsoft Edge to go to the following link and click on the "Install Oracle Service Cloud" link:
Click to Install RightNow Agent Software (Production Version)
If the button is greyed out, check the message displayed.
After installing the software, locate "RightNow (unm)" in your Start menu.
Alternatively, you may use the Browser Agent
Remember that your Oracle Service Cloud Username is the same as your NetID, but you must set a separate RightNow password. If you have not done so, use the "Login Help" link on the login screen to reset your password.
