Use Internet Explorer to go to the following link and click on the "Install Oracle Service Cloud" link:
Click to Install RightNow Agent Software (Production Version)
If the button is greyed out, check the message displayed. If it says that .NET is not installed, use these links to obtain it (latest version is recommended):
Install .NET version 4.5.2 (minimum) OR Latest
After installing the software go to your START menu, select the 'All Programs' option, and locate a group called RightNow Technologies. The program is just called "RightNow". Use this option to start Oracle Service Cloud. Remember that your Oracle Service Cloud Username is the same as your NetID, but you must set a separate FastInfo password. If you have not done so, use the "Login Help" link on the login screen to reset your password.
