This example uses JQuery to create a pop-up window after a configurable time delay on any page. The pop-up includes a form to initiate a chat session in RightNow. Please note the example is fully-functional, so do not accept the chat request unless you want to chat with someone at the IT Support Center! To see the pop-up in operation click here. The pop-up window appears after a five second delay.

Answers added to the knowledge base are termed "knowledge articles". These can be created just using plain text, but you can also create rich content using HTML. This guide details the various forms of content and how to use them for your department:
You can store images, Microsoft Office documents and other types of files for inclusion in answers. When you store a file, you will be given a link to the file on the main FastInfo server. You can then add that link into your answer text. Examples are included in the Creating Content in FastInfo guide. You must request access to this option; and you must have an agent license with answer console access. Submit a request for upload permission through the Change Request web form.
There are no special requirements for end-users to access answers or submit a question. They must have a computer that can access the Internet.
