There are no charges related to the use by students and staff of the end-user pages - the public content accessible through http://fastinfo.unm.edu and http://studentinfo.unm.edu.
There are charges related to Named Agent licenses: Each person entering or amending content in the knowledge base, taking chats, or answering questions submitted into the FastInfo system needs a Named Agent License. Agent licenses have an annual fee associated with them. The cost of these licenses is subsidized by the IT department.
